Blood Drive - State Representative Dan Ugaste, 65th District

GENEVA – State Representative Dan Ugaste (R-Geneva) is hosting a blood drive in partnership with Versiti.  The event will be held in Geneva on Saturday, August 22^nd at Sunset Community Center, 710 Western Ave, Geneva, from 9:00am-1:00pm.

This will be the second blood drive Representative Ugaste is hosting this summer in an attempt to help build up the blood supply at local blood banks amid the severe blood shortage in Illinois.

“Blood donation is essential right now with the ongoing blood shortage in our state,” said Rep. Ugaste.  “I am hosting two of these drives around the district to help prevent any further shortage and increase supply.  Every blood donation can help save a life and I am pleased to see our community come together to help.”
