You'll be responsible for inspecting, cleaning, and sanitizing residential HVAC duct systems and dryer vents, ensuring healthier indoor air quality for homeowners across the Saint Charles area.

Responsibilities

• Analyze HVAC systems in residential homes and determine the appropriate duct cleaning strategy.
• Explain the cleaning process to homeowners in a clear and professional manner.
• Clean and sanitize ductwork and dryer vents using specialized tools and equipment.
• Reassemble all components post-cleaning to ensure system efficiency.
• Promote and offer maintenance contracts and other add-on services that provide added value to the customer.

• or HVAC cleaning preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with homeowners.
• Valid Illinois Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds and comfortable with physical tasks including crawling, climbing, kneeling, and bending in tight spaces.
